Product Introduction

The SCPOWER KV-DP2J Series is a high-power constant voltage DALI-2 dimmable LED power supply, available in 500W–1000W models with 12V, 24V, 36V and 48V output options. It supports 110–277VAC input with active PFC (PF > 0.95), delivers up to 96% efficiency, and features isolated output, 0.1% dimming depth and a 10% minimum load. Housed in full aluminum, the driver combines high power capacity with effective heat dissipation for demanding LED lighting systems.

The series features an integrated junction box and DALI-2 digital dimming with PWM output. Its adjustable dimming curve, selectable PWM frequencies and app-based parameter configuration allow the dimming performance to be tailored to project requirements, including flicker control and low-end dimming. Fanless free-air convection cooling and short-circuit, overload and over-temperature protection support reliable operation in dry and damp locations. The series meets UL, FCC, ICES-005, Class P, TYPE HL, SELV, RoHS and REACH requirements, and comes with a 5-year warranty. As a dimmable LED driver manufacturer with production bases in China and Vietnam, SCPOWER also provides OEM/ODM customization for electrical specifications and labeling.

Q1: What does this page cover?

Q2: Which model do I order for a given wattage and voltage?

Check this before quoting. As published, the table gives 12V only at 500W (41.67A) and 800W (66.67A), and 24V, 36V and 48V only at 600W (25A / 16.67A / 12.5A) and 1000W (41.67A / 27.78A / 20.83A). Combinations such as 500W at 24V are not listed. Send us the wattage and voltage you need and we will confirm which models exist before you commit.

Q3: What does the aluminum housing change compared with a plastic unit?

Heat leaves through the metal body and the mounting surface rather than through the surrounding air, which is what allows this power level in a single enclosed unit, and the body is mechanically rigid at 2.74kg and 4.22kg.

Q4: How do PF > 0.95, 96% efficiency and 10% minimum load affect sizing?

Size between 10% and 100% of the rating. Below 10% the unit is outside its specified window. The 96% figure is the top of the range — ask us for the value at your operating load if you are calculating enclosure temperature.

Q5: What is actually adjustable?

The dimming curve, the PWM frequency (several options), and driver parameters through the app. Ask us for the available frequency values so you can check them against your flicker or camera requirement.

Q6: Dimming interface?

DALI-2 with PWM output, depth 0.1%. It does not take phase dimming or 0-10V.
