Product Introduction

The SCPOWER MV-DA-JL Series is a 30W, 45W, 60W and 96W constant voltage ultra-mini dimmable LED driver featuring built-in DALI-2 digital dimming, a linear aluminum housing and an integrated junction box. With 120–277VAC input and active PFC, it offers 12V, 24V and 48V output options, including 30W, 45W and 60W models at each voltage, plus 80W at 12V and 96W at 24V or 48V. Its integrated junction box allows mains wiring to be completed inside the driver housing, eliminating the need for a separate wiring box and simplifying fixture installation.

Designed to fit inside fixtures or along lighting profiles, the series is suitable for mirror cabinets, display cases and light boxes. It supports DALI-2 digital control with a 0–100% dimming range and isolated Class 2 constant voltage output. Built-in short-circuit, overload and over-temperature protection, together with fanless free-air convection cooling, supports reliable operation. The series is UL Standard and FCC compliant, with Class 2, Class P, SELV, RoHS and REACH compliance for dry and damp locations. It comes with a 5-year warranty and supports OEM/ODM customization of electrical specifications, and labeling. Samples are available for evaluation before bulk orders.

Q3: What does the built-in junction box save me?

The mains termination is made inside the driver housing, so there is no separate wiring box to mount alongside the driver and no extra connection point on the fixture. Fewer parts to buy, fewer steps on the line, and a cleaner installation to inspect.

Q4: What does DALI-2 dimming mean for a project?

Control is digital from a DALI-2 system, so the driver is addressed on the bus instead of being wired to a phase-cut or 0-10V dimmer. Dimming range is 0-100%.

Q5: How is it different from the MV-DA-L Series?

Both are linear DALI-2 drivers at 30W-96W with the same voltage range. The MV-DA-L has no junction box and is the slimmer of the two; the MV-DA-JL integrates the junction box for fixtures where mains wiring has to be terminated inside the housing.

Q6: Is it compatible with TRIAC or 0-10V dimming?

No — this series is DALI-2 only. For phase dimming or 0-10V / 1-10V / potentiometer control, use the MVG series.
