Product Introduction

The SCPOWER MV-D4I Series is a 30W–96W both-side wiring ultra-mini constant voltage LED power supply featuring integrated D4i / DALI-2 digital control. Designed for commercial lighting systems, it supports 120–277VAC input with active PFC and provides 12V, 24V and 48V output options. Power ratings include 30W, 45W and 60W at each voltage, plus 80W at 12V, 96W at 24V and 96W at 48V.

Beyond standard DALI-2 dimming commands, D4i enables data communication and feedback, allowing compatible lighting management systems to access driver information for monitoring and system management. The series supports 0–100% PWM dimming with 0.1% dimming depth. Built-in short-circuit, overload and over-temperature protection, together with fanless free-air convection cooling, supports reliable operation. It is designed to meet UL requirements and complies with FCC, Class 2, Class P, SELV, RoHS and REACH requirements for dry and damp locations. A 5-year warranty, OEM/ODM customization for electrical specifications and labeling, and sample availability before bulk orders make it suitable for commercial lighting projects.

Q3: What does D4i add over standard DALI-2?

Data feedback. A DALI-2 driver receives dimming commands; a D4i driver also lets the lighting system read data from it. On a commercial project that is the difference between a controllable installation and one the building can actually monitor.

Q4: Is it compatible with TRIAC or 0-10V dimming?

No — this series is D4i / DALI-2 only. For phase dimming or 0-10V / 1-10V / potentiometer control, use the MVG series.

Q5: Why does both-side wiring matter?

Terminals on both ends mean the mains and the LED output can enter and leave from either side of the driver, so wiring follows the fixture instead of forcing the cable to loop back around the housing. On compact fixtures that saves length and keeps the run tidy.
