Product Introduction

The SCPOWER MV-DA-J Series combines a 30W–96W constant voltage LED power supply, DALI-2 digital dimming and a ultra-mni screw-free junction box in one compact housing. Available with 12V, 24V and 48V outputs and 120–277VAC input with active PFC, the series covers a broad range of fixture power requirements. Its integrated junction box keeps mains wiring within the driver enclosure, while the screw-free terminals make electrical connections more convenient during installation.

A key advantage is its consistent housing size across the full 30W–96W range, allowing fixture manufacturers to use the same mounting layout and enclosure design across different wattages. This can simplify product development, reduce tooling changes and make model upgrades easier. The driver delivers 0–100% DALI-2 digital dimming with isolated Class 2 constant voltage output. Short-circuit, overload and over-temperature protection, plus fanless natural convection cooling, support dependable operation. It is suitable for dry and damp locations, carries UL and FCC compliance, and meets Class 2, Class P, SELV, RoHS and REACH requirements. A 5-year warranty and OEM/ODM support for electrical specifications and labeling are also available.

30W, 45W and 60W in 12V, 24V and 48V. At the top of the range: MV-12080-DA-J at 12V / 6.67A (80W), MV-24096-DA-J at 24V / 4A (96W) and MV-48096-DA-J at 48V / 2A (96W). All are Class 2.

Q3: What does the built-in junction box save on a project?

Mains termination is made inside the driver housing, so there is no separate wiring box to mount alongside the driver and no extra connection point on the fixture. Q4: What does DALI-2 dimming mean for a project?

Control is digital from a DALI-2 system, so the driver is addressed on the bus instead of being wired to a phase-cut or 0-10V dimmer. Dimming range is 0-100%.

Q5: Why does one housing size across the range matter?

Because 30W, 45W, 60W and 96W models share the same body, changing the wattage on a project does not change the fixture tooling, the mounting footprint or the cutout. It also means fewer spare parts to stock.

Q6: Is it compatible with TRIAC or 0-10V dimming?

No — this series is DALI-2 only. For phase dimming or 0-10V / 1-10V / potentiometer control, use the MVG series.
