Product Introduction

The SCPOWER KV-DP2J Series is a constant voltage DALI-2 dimmable LED power supply available in twelve power ratings from 30W to 300W, with 12V, 24V, 36V and 48V output options. It supports 100–277VAC input with active PFC, delivers efficiency up to 94%, and operates with a minimum load of 10%. The isolated output and single-channel DALI-2 control provide reliable digital dimming, with a 0.1%–100% dimming range and 4KHz PWM output for smooth brightness adjustment.

The series features an integrated junction box that accommodates mains and output wiring within the driver housing, eliminating the need for a separate wiring box. All five housing sizes share a consistent 42.7mm height, helping maintain the same installation depth across different power ratings. NFC programming enables DALI address setting and fine output voltage adjustment before installation. With fanless free-air convection cooling and short-circuit, overload and over-temperature protection, the series is designed for dependable operation in dry and damp locations. It carries UL, FCC, ICES-005, Class P, TYPE HL, SELV, RoHS and REACH approvals or compliance, and comes with a 5-year warranty. FAQ

Q1: How many ratings does the series cover?

Twelve: 30W, 36W, 60W, 75W, 80W, 90W, 96W, 100W, 120W, 150W, 200W, 300W. Voltage availability is not identical across all of them — see Q4.

Q2: What does the built-in junction box change on site?

Terminations are made inside the driver housing, so there is no separate wiring box to mount and connect beside it. On a ceiling or inside a custom luminaire that removes one component and one set of connections from the installation.

Q3: Do the different wattages need different cavity depths?

No. All five body lengths carry a 42.7mm height, so the depth required stays the same across the range and changes only along the mounting length.

Q4: Which voltages are available at which wattages?

12V is available at every rating except 96W. 36V is available at 30W, 36W, 90W, 96W, 120W, 150W and 200W, but not at 60W, 75W, 80W, 100W or 300W. 24V and 48V run through the full range.

Q5: What do the 94% efficiency and 10% minimum load mean for sizing?

Size the load between 10% and 100% of the rating. Below 10% the driver is outside its specified operating window; the 94% figure is the top of the range, so ask us for the value at the load you intend to run.

Q6: Dimming interface and setting?

DALI-2 only, on a single brightness channel. The DALI address and a fine output voltage trim are written over NFC; dimming runs 0.1% to 100% on a 4KHz PWM output.
